Ngaluk Waangkiny Exhibition at Museum of the Goldfields

Elders, community leaders, art lovers and members of the general public gathered with open hearts and minds at the Museum of the Goldfields.
The Brownley Gospel Singers set the tone for the night with their beautiful harmonies – a perfect way to introduce our VIP guest, Uncle Ben Taylor Cuiermara.
Uncle Ben is one of the Elders featured in the exhibition, and he also has family ties to the Goldfields. He did the official opening honours and he also passed on the baton on to the next generation of ten Elders who will share their life stories in a similar exhibition.
The exhibition is presented in partnership with ART ON THE MOVE and Museum of the Goldfields.
