Making Time 2024 is a professional development day that explores the power of creative collaboration, at The Rise in Maylands, Friday 15 November.

We are stronger together. For those of us seeking to make change through the arts, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. At a time when the world feels increasingly polarised - politically, economically and philosophically - our ability to collaborate is both a necessity and an act of resistance.

These are the themes that Community Arts Network will be exploring at Making Time 2024, a professional development day for the arts and community development sector that weaves together inspiring conversations, creative workshops, diverse perspectives and networking opportunities, followed by a festive sundowner with dinner and live performance. 

Attendees will hear from some of WA’s most innovative arts and community sector leaders, artists and practitioners as they explore the joys and challenges of collaboration, and the changemaking that can occur when we work together.
