Making Time Online 2019

Event

In response to feedback from the Making Time retreat in 2018, CAN and Creative Recovery Network also delivered Making Time Online. These themed bi-monthly online conversations supported practice development and the self-care of CACD practitioners in Western Australia, with experts invited to lead and present information appropriate to each conversation.

These conversations were interspersed with peer-led discussions that provided an opportunity for regular reflection in a supported group. Each event opened around a specific theme or idea, presented by a provocateur and unpacked by the group. Discussions included topics such as:

  • Ethics and community engagement
  • Boundary setting
  • Deepening understanding
  • Conflict resolution
