SMILE! WA has a free early childhood dental health care program, and we’re here to make sure that communities across the state know how to access it.

In 2024 CAN partnered with Child and Adolescent Health Services to create the Beautiful Smiles book and multi-language lullaby to teach WA communities about the free dental health care program. With the theme of “Smile”, the book and song also celebrates our many languages and cultures.

Made in collaboration with Noongar creatives Cyndy Moody, Kobi Morrison and Tace Stevens, and West Australian families, the creation of the book and lullaby involved four community workshops at Beechboro Library, followed by recording and photography sessions.
