Advocacy & Representation
People living with HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C in rural areas can face a variety of unique challenges. This can include limited access to health care services and sometimes stigma & discrimination. CAN offers assistance, advice &/or referrals to those living in rural regions of Victoria.
CAN also strives to represent and promote rural community interests with other organisations and government at both local and state levels. We try to make sure that rural issues remain a concern for policy & decision makers.
