Tell us what you think - online survey

In the last year you may have had contact with CAN as a consumer or in a professional capacity and requested our services for support, information, resources etc. We hope that we were successful in meeting your needs. If we were, it is important for us to know what went well so we can continue building upon these successes.
If you were disappointed, we are interested in hearing that too. We would like to know what we might need to re-evaluate, and how we might improve in the future.
We are asking you to help us by taking a few moments to complete the online feedback survey. Your responses, along with any constructive criticism or comments, would be most appreciated. You're welcome to remain anonymous or you may choose to have us contact you as a follow-up to any issue. The choice is yours.
