In the past year you may have had contact with CAN as a consumer or in a professional capacity and requested our services for support, information, resources etc. We hope that we were successful in meeting your needs. If we were, it is important for us to know what went well so we can continue building upon these successes. If you were disappionted, we are interested in hearing that too. We would like to knhjow what we might need to re-evaluate, and how we might imporve in the future.
We are asking you to help us by taking a few moments to complete our online feedback survey. Your responses, along with any constructive criticism or comments would be most appreciated.
